Traditional political parties have given nothing to people except false promises : Malkit Thind

Ferozepur, January 1, 2017:  The traditional political parties – Akali Dal-BJP alliance, Congress – have given nothing to the people of Punjab except false promises and those living in the rural areas are still deprived of the basic amenities.

This was stated by Malkit Singh Thind, AAP candidate from Guruharsahai constituency during his election campaign address to the villagers, in the villages falling under Lakho Ke Behram – Alike Ke, Jhugge, for the upcoming Assembly elections to be announced any time by the Election Commission of India.

He said, the year 2017 has come up with new hope of the people to get rid of traditional parties.

Pointing out the claims of developments, he said, the residents of these villages could not get pacca road leading to the cremation ground. He said, on coming AAP in power, the condition of rural villages will be improved like urban cities.

Thind said, the AAP in Delhi led by Arvind Kejriwal have introduced number of development schemes for the welfare of people and put a check on the corruption.
