Ferozepur, January 29, 2017:  Everyone wants to take advantage of elections through his right to vote and while political parties are busy in their campaigns, the adhoc employees under Sarv Sikhiya Abhiyan, working with the Punjab government too are using various tactics to pursue their regularization by exposing the minuses of the government and likely to announce a big decision well before February 4, most probably in the convention at Moga and one of its employee will sit on hunger strike or fast unto-death on February 1 at Sector-17 Chandigarh.

Unfortunately being election days, the employees have not been paid their wages for the last five months which speaks poor governance on the part of government.

Speaking to the media persons, State Vice President, Ashish Julaha, General Secretary Daljinder Singh said, the employees have been compelled to adopt the struggle path because of undaunted attitude of the government.

Rajinder Singh, Press Secretary said, the employees are working for the last ten years on need basis but it is not understood despite notification on nod from the Cabinet they are not being regularized.

He said, the employees will put ‘Daan Patar’ outside all the office of the government in case their wages are not released by March 30.  The Union leaders will announce new protest strategy on February 2, he added.
