Swarankar Sangh Sarafa Welfare Society, Ferozepur submits memorandum to police
Ferozepur, June 14,2023: Swarankar Sangh Sarafa Welfare Society, Ferozepur led by Mohit Dhall, President, submitted a memorandum to the Senior Superintendent of Police in the name of Gaurav Yadav, DGP, Punjab for taking steps for the security of shops and show rooms of jewellers.
Dhall said, we want to bring to the kind notice of police for increase in the incidents of loot and thefts. He said, our profession have great contribution in the economy of the country, gives employment to some families but the entire businessmen in this profession are facing serious crisis. We pray to make proper security arrangements to save us from these looters as our business is involved of heavy investment items and we become an easy and important target.
He said, we appeal to the government to intensify the PCR patrolling in the crowded places, easy issue of arm licences for personal safety, start a special wing in police department for quick action at the time of any incident, regular meetings with Swarnkars to aware them and also to inform the Swarankar group in the event of any crime so that gold or silver may not be purchased from the unscrupulous persons.
