Ferozepur, July 1, 2015 : Delhi Public School ,Ferozepur today celebrated Doctor’s Day when it reopened to a fresh start after the Summer Vacations on the 1st of July.
Ms.Ikwinder S.Singh, Principal and teachers welcomed the students with renewed enthusiasm and vigour. The Morning Assembly apprised the children about Kalpana Chawla and Doctors Day which falls on the 1st of July.
DPS is providing world class education right from alpha at the door-step of citizens of Ferozepur and surrounding area which is need of the hour for the holistic development of a child.
The students of Playgroup , Nursery and Prep celebrated “Doctors Day”. They made a visit to the Medical Room called' Happy Healer' and met the Doctor – Mrs.Arun Bhola from local Civil Hospital, Ferozepur and presented her with a beautiful card. This visit removed all fears of a doctor from the child's mind.
Later, the Center Incharges took them to the Activity Room and talked to the students about the services of a doctor. The students also played the game of Let’s Pretend, we are a Doctor.
