State Bank of Patiala celebrates 99th Foundation Day
Bank Employes, students and local citizens participated in “Run Against Drug Addiction” rally
Ferozepur, November 15, 2015: The State Bank of Patiala, Ferozepur City organized a “Run Against Drug Addiction” today at 8 AM with the theme of a strong anti-drug message.
The event organized as a responsible Corporate Citizens on the eve of 99th Foundation of the Bank. More than 100 citizens of all ages groups participated. The Run was flagged off by Madan Lal Tiwari, a Senior Citizen, Journalists and oldest customer of the bank. The bank distributed the T-Shirts and Caps to the participants wearing slogan “Say No To Drugs”
The event started from the main branch near Udham Singh Chowk to Delhi Gagte-Baghdadi Gate-SBS Sports Stadium and back to the starting point covering nearly 2 KMs.
After the finish, the participants were served with a refreshment.
Branch Manager, Vijay Tiwari briefed the role of the bank in social and community services in banking and thanked the participants.
