Sessions Judge postpones court work in Ferozepur till April 30
Ferozepur, April 20, 2021- In view of the sudden emergence of Corona epidemic, Kishore Kumar District and Sessions Judge, and Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Ferozepur has directed all the courts of District Ferozepur, Zira and Guruharsahai to postpone the work for some time till 30.04.2021.
He said in the orders issued today that all the cases except the most urgent cases like bail, stay case and extradition case have been suspended till April 30.
Disclosing this here today, he said that in view of the increasing number of cases of corona in all public places, it has been directed to strictly follow the guidelines of doctors and corona experts.
He said, the corona vaccine is being administered free of cost in government hospitals and maximum people should take advantage of this vaccine and ensure compliance with other corona-related instructions.
In addition, the judge said that any lawyers and their assistants or the general public should be allowed to come to the courts at least and all of these restrictions apply to the district courts as well. The entire judicial building and ADR Centre should be sanitized.
Making an appeal to the citizens, he said, the precaution is better from treatment. So we all must follow these instructions to defeat Carona and create a new and conscious society adding, all should cooperate in the fight against this epidemic.
