School Principal and bookseller booked
Ferozepur, April 14, 2020: On the complaint of District Education Officer, the Zira police has registered a case against one school and bookseller.
A case under Sections 420, 120-B, 188 of IPC has been registered against Abrozial School and Bansal Book Store, Zira, on the complaint of Kulwinder Singh, DEO, Ferozepur.
The principal of the school had coerced the students of the school to purchase the books from the particular bookseller and in case the books are not purchased from the particular shop, their career will be spoiled. It looks to be a conspiracy in the wake of corona pandemic by sending the messages on phone/social media asking to purchase the books from the specific shop.
The police have appointed IO Harnek Singh to investigate into the matter. However, no arrest has been made in this case.
