Railway celebrates Ekta Divas to commemorate Birth Anniversary of Sardar Valabha Bhai Patel
Ferozsepur October 31, 2016: The railway authorities in Ferozepur celebrated Ekta Divas to commemorate Birth Anniversary of Sardar Valabh Bhai Patel.
On this occasion, a pledge taking ceremony and ‘Run for Unity’ was organized in the premises of DRM office Ferozepur at 11.30 hrs with a round in the railway colonies today.
The oath taking ceremony was performed by DRM Anuj Parkash that “I solemnly pledge that I dedicate myself to preserve the unity, integrity and security of the nation and also strive hard to spread this message among my fellow countrymen. I take this pledge in the spirit of unification of my country which was made possible y the vision and action of SArdar Vallabhbhai Patel. I also solemnly resolve to make my own contribution to ensure internal security of my country”
Apart from all the officers and staff of DRM office participated, Anuj Parkash DRM himself and Md.S.Z.Khan Div. Commandant RPF Ferozepur Division, were also present on this occasion.
