Police arrest two accused of helping dispose of weapon used in double murder case

Ferozepur, January 13, 2019: The Ferozepur Police have arrested two people trying to dispose of the weapon used in the double murder, following a clash between two rival groups in the jail, killing two persons and later on taking the responsibility on social media by Vicky Samuel.

The police during its routine patrolling, got a tip-off that the two accused Balwinder Singh and Inderjit Singh of village Shah Bukkar under Zira police station are trying to dispose of the weapon in the canal, used for killing two youths during October.  Working on the information, the police team nabbed them near Tikoni Railway Road Ferozepur Cantt on suspecting them to be notorious nature.

Both the accused have been booked under Section 302,307,148,149,120-B of IPC and 25 of Arms Act and further investigations are on by Satnam Singh, IO nominated in this case.
