PFB honours Vipul Narang-Yes Man for Spasht Drishti project
Ferozepur, November 7, 2022: The Progressive Federation for the Blind (PFB), Punjab Branch today honoured Vipul Narang, now known as Yes Man, for his excellent social services in the society and especially for launching the Spasht Drishti project in Ferozepur.
Vipul Narang has a number of service projects to his credit and under the Spasht Drishti project, so far, six schools have been covered and around 300 students have been provided spectacles after testing, free of cost and now they are not feeling any stress in their eyes. In the coming time, thousands of students will be checked up and provided spectacles. His initiative has been appreciated by one and all including the district administration and education department officers.
Anil Gupta, General Secretary PFB said, Vipul Narang is really a Yes Man as on a single call by any needy person in the society, he is ready to help financially or for providing any infrastructure to disabled and visually impaired persons. Recently, he provided the grocery for the Ramayan Path langar at Home for the Blind, on our single call.
Gupta said, the initiative of Vipul Narang for adopting all the government and semi-government schools in Ferozepur and surrounding areas, for check-up of eyes and providing the spectacles to the students who need after the refraction, so that they may not feel any stress while reading and studying in the class.
On this occasion, Ashok Behal, Secretary Red Cross, Satish Kumar Senior Citizen and Rohit, NGO were present.
