Peace cannot be kept by force, it can only be achieved by understanding – Ishika

The 2021 theme for the International Day of Peace is “Recovering better for an equitable and sustainable world”.

This day is celebrated around the world to strengthen the ideals of peace, through observing 24 hours of non-violence and cease-fire.

Conflict and war are both realities that are very painful and complicated for those living in them, and they have terrible, long-lasting effects in the countries where it happens and also in those wanting to help. To stop the difficulties that these people are suffering and prevent further problems, it is important to achieve world peace.

So, people should cherish the ideals of peace and highlight the importance of peace on International peace day.
