One days’ e-Workshop held on ‘Introduction to MATLAB’ held at DSCW
Ferozepur, April 10, 2021: One-day e-Workshop on ‘Introduction to MATLAB’ participated by 390 from different parts of the country, was organized, on Saturday, on the campus Dev Samaj College for Women by Math department.
Dr.Satveer Singh, Associate Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, I.K. Gujral joined Punjab Technical University, Kapurthala joined the workshop as keynote speaker.
He said, MATLAB is a high-performance language for technical computing. It integrates computation, visualization, and programming in an easy-to-use environment where problems and solutions are expressed in familiar mathematical notation. Dr.Satveer answered the question by the participants with specific use of this software in research work.
Speaking n this occasion, Dr. Ramnita Sharda Principal said that such knowledgeable workshops should be organized regularly. It updates the students with knowledge of various software like MATLAB to be helpful in research work. She also congratulated Dr. Nishant Juneja, Manager and Prof. Sanjay Gupta who played the role of moderator.
