Mob went on a rampage during AAP’s Rally in Fazilka – 16 persons including 3 women booked
Fazilka, January 20, 2017: As many as 16 persons including three women were booked in a case registered at local police station when they went on rampage in Fazilka during election rally by Aam Aadmi Party.
During the whirlwind tour of Arvind Kejriwal, AAP Supremo and Delhi Chief Minister in support of its candidates fielded during the upcoming elections on February 4, was protested by the disgruntled workers of AAP at Ferozepur, Jalalabad and Fazilka.
As per the statement of Manjt Singh ASI stated that on January 19 he was deployed at Shastri Chowk along with other employees with regard to AAPL rally. Identifying the names – Anil Kumar, Parveen Kumar, Deepak Singh, Pariyash Singh, Naveen Sihag, Vikram Pilania, Ami Kumar, RAvinder Kumar, Yogesh Singh, Ravi Saon, Naveen, Somvir Singh, Mohinder Singh all residents of Delhi and Amandeep Kaur Satwant Kaur resident of Ferozepur and Manjit Kaur of Ludhiana have violated the orders of Deputy Commissioner by creating noisiness.
The police have booked under Section 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant )of IPC and started further investigation into the incident.
