‘Martial Art’ training at SBS Tech Campus in Ferozepur by Youngdong University, South Korea team
Ferozepur, January 24, 2017: A one day seminar-cum-training on the modern martial art Yongmoodo was organized in Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus, Ferzoepur .
Korean martial arts are military practices and methods which have their place in the history of Korea but have been adapted for use by both military and non-military personnel as a method of personal growth or recreation.
Three experts from Youngdong University, South Korea viz. Prof. Seong Min Lee, Prof. Sae Young Oh and Prof. Sang Mo Ku and one from Dongguk University, South Korea Prof. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma introduced about Yongmoodo and imparted its training to faculty, staff and students.
On the occasion, Dr. T.S. Sidhu, the Campus Director welcomed the experts and presented them mementos. Among the faculty and staff, senior faculty like Dr. A K Tyagi, Dr. M K Kushwaha, Dr. Manjinder Singh etc and PRO S. Balwinder Singh Mohie grace the occasion. Dr. Ajay Kumar, Coordinator, Office of External Affairs of SBSSTC delivered the vote of thanks.
