Mandeep Kumar elected new President of Press Club Ferozepur

Ferozepur, May 1, 2018: Mandeep Kumar of News 18 and Aaj Tak has been declared elected unanimously as President of Press Club Ferozepur.

There were two claimants for the post of President – Mandeep Kumar and Malkit Singh of Ajit Punjabi but keeping the unanimous tradition of electing President of the club, a unanimous decision was taken to elect Mandeep Kumar as President of the Club, for the year 2018-19,  by a five-member committee constituted by the out-going President, Jaswinder Singh Sandhu.

Congratulating the newly elected President Mandeep Kumar, Harcharan Singh Sama, Chairman and Jaswinder Singh Singh Sandhu, the out-going President thanked all the member of the club and his team for extending full cooperation throughout the year during his second term.

Mandeep Kumar, an advocate by profession, on his elevation as President of the club said I will perform my duty with full dedication and devotion and maintain the status of the club.  To solve the problems of the journalists in the field and for their welfare will be his priority, said Mandeep Kumar. He also assured all to deliver his best and his newly formed team, for the betterment of the club.
