Major Pardeep shines in “Nurturing Creativity and Excellence” programme at IIM Banglore

Ferozepur, March 28, 2017: Major Pardeep Kumar, based at Moga and working in Punjab Education Department, has been a servicing this area as a source of inspiration for his students as well as peers,  has done it again who has been working as National Resource Person with Department Of Personnel and Training, New Delhi for the past many years.

Major Pardeep has now added another feather to his achievements by successful completion of “Nurturing Creativity and Excellence “ programme at IIM Bangalore.  IIM Bangalore is the most prestigious institute of Management not only in India but all across the world.

Major Pardeep Kumar informed in fact the programme was for the selected few trainers and Executives from diverse fields including Department of Personnel and Training ,  Indian Police Service(IPS), National Police Academy (NPA) Hyderabad , NABARD, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) University institute of Engineering and Technology , CRPF, NDRF, Top Industrial companies like Dell, ENVEST and many other prestigious organizations .

This programme at IIM Bangalore aimed at providing the participants an opportunity to explore and discuss many ways of nurturing creativity and Excellence in their professional field as well as personal growth by developing a greater understanding of the various factors leading to creative use of all types of resources including people management, he added.

Major Pardeep shared that he has gained a great deal of conceptual as well as practical insights through this experience at IIM Bangalore from their top faculties and facilities. This programme included discussion session followed by very creative activities which helped in greater understanding of difficult concepts in a very simple manner.

Major Pardeep said that he would like to implement his learnings in this program  and  sharing his knowledge and  skills with his trainees and students at various levels. He specifically thanked Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi, his head of the Department and Institution, his family, his peers and his well wishers for a very consistent support and encouragement.
