JEE, NEET, Test to be held twice a year from 2019

Nowadays, students have to score well in entrance tests to get admission to various professional courses. Many times they fail to score marks that would make them get admission to top colleges. In such cases, students take a drop and prepare for the next year. There are cases of students who go into depression. To avoid this, Government of India has taken an initiative under which these tests, now, will be held twice a year from the academic year 2019.

Under the NATIONALTest agency, the entrance examinations will be conducted in online mode at least twice a year, thereby giving adequate opportunity to candidates to bring out their best, said a statement. In order to serve the requirements of the rural students, it would locate the centres at sub-district and district level and as far as possible would undertake hands-on training to the students.
