The event was held from 0730 hrs to 0810 hrs and was attended by approx 135 personnels of BSF including all ranks.<\/p>\n<p>The yoga challenge was part of the BSF&#8217;s efforts to promote the benefits of yoga and raise awareness about its importance in maintaining physical and mental well-being. This year&#8217;s International Yoga Day theme, &#8220;Yoga for One Earth, One Health,&#8221; highlights the significance of yoga in promoting holistic health and well-being.<\/p>\n<p>The participants showed great enthusiasm and performed various beneficial yoga asanas, demonstrating their commitment to physical and mental fitness.
