Train services affected due to redevelopment work at Chandigarh Station<\/p>\n
HARISH<\/span> MONGA<\/span><\/p>\n Ferozepur<\/span>, September 26, 2024: Starting from September 27, 2024, to October 7, 2024, several trains passing through Chandigarh station will face temporary disruptions due to ongoing redevelopment work. The Ambala<\/span> Division of Northern Railways has announced a series of measures, including the short termination, short origination, and regulation of trains.<\/p>\n Key Affected Trains are – Firozpur<\/span> Cantt-Chandigarh<\/span> (T.No. 14630): Short-terminated at SAS Nagar<\/span> Mohali (Sep 27 to Oct 6), Chandigarh-Firozpur (T.No. 14629): Short-originating from SAS Nagar<\/span> Mohali (Sep 28 to Oct 7), Ramnagar-Chandigarh (T.No. 12527): Short-terminated at Ambala<\/span> (Sep 30), Chandigarh-Ramnagar (T.No. 12528): Short-originating from Ambala<\/span> (Sep 30).<\/p>\n Train Regulation is – Yesvantpur-Chandigarh (T.No. 22685): Delayed by 1 hour between Ambala<\/span> and Chandigarh on Sep 28 and Oct 2, Prayagraj-Chandigarh (T.No. 14217): Delayed by 30 minutes on Sep 26, Oct 1, and Oct 3.<\/p>\n Additional Temporary Stops will be to ease passenger congestion, extra temporary stops will be provided at SAS Nagar<\/span> Mohali and Ghaggar<\/span> for selected trains, including Dehradun-Amritsar<\/span> (T.No. 14631): Temporary stoppage at SAS Nagar Mohali (Sep 26 to Oct 5), New Delhi-Kalka (T.No. 14331): Temporary stoppage at Ghaggar<\/span> (Sep 27 to Oct 6).<\/p>\n Passengers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly during this period and check for updates on train schedules, said Himanshu<\/span> Shekhar<\/span> Upadhyay<\/span>, Chief Public Relations Officer, Northern Railway.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" September 27, 2024, to October 7, 2024 Train services affected due to redevelopment work at Chandigarh Station HARISH MONGA Ferozepur, September 26, 2024: Starting from September 27, 2024, to October 7, 2024, several trains passing through Chandigarh station will face temporary disruptions due to ongoing redevelopment work.
