Yoga session started with the address of Ashok Kumar, Comdt (Adm) SHQ BSF Ferozepur in the presence of\u00a0 Mahendra Singh, 2IC (Offg Comdt) 155 Bn BSF.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Besides BSF personnel of all ranks from Sector HQ Ferozepur and 155 Bn BSF, Yoga session was also attended by students of Dass &amp; Brown and Vivekananda World School Ferozepur. Truly reflecting the theme of this year IDY &#8220;Yoga for Self and Yoga for Society&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The initiative aims to generate awareness amongst its personnel and students about the importance of yoga in improving physical as well as mental fitness and overall development of personally.
