{"id":30256,"date":"2024-04-02T11:01:48","date_gmt":"2024-04-02T05:31:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ferozepuronline.com\/?p=30256"},"modified":"2024-04-02T11:01:48","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T05:31:48","slug":"banned-items-recovered-in-ops-satark-in-ferozepur-jail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ferozepuronline.com\/?p=30256","title":{"rendered":"Banned items recovered in \u201cOPS Satark\u201d in Ferozepur Jail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Banned items recovered in \u201cOPS <span class=\"scayt-misspell-word\" data-scayt-word=\"Satark\" data-wsc-lang=\"en_US\" data-wsc-id=\"luhxwnf1s41ahw8gs\">Satark<\/span>\u201d in Ferozepur Jail<\/p>\n<p>Ferozepur, April 2, 2024: To keep vigil against unlawful activit<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-30257\" src=\"https:\/\/ferozepuronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/op-satrak-300x167.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"167\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ferozepuronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/op-satrak-300x167.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/ferozepuronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/op-satrak.jpeg 550w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>ies, substances and banned items and electronic devices in the jail, the Punjab Police and Prison department on Monday carried out a joint special operation named \u2018Operation <span class=\"scayt-misspell-word\" data-scayt-word=\"Satark\" data-wsc-lang=\"en_US\" data-wsc-id=\"luhxwnic8lzwixwf2\">Satark<\/span>\u2019 \u2013 \u201cOPS <span class=\"scayt-misspell-word\" data-scayt-word=\"Satark\" data-wsc-lang=\"en_US\" data-wsc-id=\"luhxwnibouui26wli\">Satark<\/span>\u201d, in <span class=\"scayt-misspell-word\" data-scayt-word=\"Ferozepur\" data-wsc-lang=\"en_US\" data-wsc-id=\"luhxwni9ghy01ywfm\">Ferozepur<\/span> jail.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing the outcome, SSP Soumya Mishra said, the searches led to the recovery of \u2013 6 mobiles, 25 red <span class=\"scayt-misspell-word\" data-scayt-word=\"coloured\" data-wsc-lang=\"en_US\" data-wsc-id=\"luhxwnloynzs1jl09\">coloured<\/span> capsules, 15 white <span class=\"scayt-misspell-word\" data-scayt-word=\"colour\" data-wsc-lang=\"en_US\" data-wsc-id=\"luhxwnlnos2nc7ckb\">colour<\/span> tablets, one data cable, 2 ice-breaking tools, one pen drive, one damaged single headphones and 2 sachets of tobacco, \u00a0&#8211; from the barracks of the jail. The operation was carried out to ensure that the jails remain free from narcotics, mobile phones and other prohibited items. She pointed out that such searches would be carried out regularly.<\/p>\n<p>On the complaint of Rishavpal Singh, Assistant Superintendent, a case has been registered against prisoners &#8211; Ramesh Kumar, Balwinder Singh alias <span class=\"scayt-misspell-word\" data-scayt-word=\"Khundri\" data-wsc-lang=\"en_US\" data-wsc-id=\"luhxwnou83x7olspo\">Khundri<\/span>, Ravi Kumar Ravinder Pal and Rakesh alias Kaku, under the Prisons Act for recovery of banned substances.
