She held a discussion session on reducing carbon emissions to save the environment and motivated the students to carry the green campaign in their respective localities too. The school parks were also cleaned by the teachers and the students.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"ltr\" aria-label=\"\">Speaking on the occasion, Principal of the school Rama Mehta dwelt upon the collective efforts required at a mass level to add green cover in the country. She also said that trees play a big part in controlling soil erosion during heavy rains and flash floods.
