However, the State Cabinet, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, on Friday decided to \u201cscrap\u201d the flagship scheme because of its \u201cunsatisfactory performance of previous years in monitoring the assigned schemes of few Departments\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>GoG union members \u2013 Col Amarjit Singh (Retd.), Capt Jagir Singh (Retd.), Capt valbir Sigh (Retd.) \u2013 demanded that the state government must review the scrapping of the GoG scheme and their services should be reinstated.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Union members demand review of GoG scheme Ferozepur, September 13, 2022:\u00a0 On Monday, the 125th Saragarhi Day celebrations were interrupted by Guardians of Governance (GoG), to protest against the scrapping of GoG Scheme.
