Ferozepur, June 21, 202:\u00a0Vajra\u00a0Corps Celebrated the 8th International Day of Yoga today\u00a0on the theme \u2018Yoga for Humanity\u201d across all its stations at Amritsar,\u00a0Ferozepur, Ludhiana,\u00a0Tibri,\u00a0Khasa\u00a0and ,\u00a0Beas. Common Yoga protocols including\u00a0asana,\u00a0pranayama\u00a0and dhyana sessions were\u00a0organised\u00a0for all ranks and their families to improve physical, mental, emotional & amp; spiritual health.<\/p>\n

At 6 AM today, all ranks and families of\u00a0Vajra\u00a0Corps joined the Yoga day\u00a0programme\u00a0and practiced Yoga under the guidance of certified Yoga instructions. Lieutenant General\u00a0Devendra\u00a0Sharma, General Officer Commanding\u00a0Vajra\u00a0Corps and Mrs Rani Sharma, Zonal President\u00a0Vajra\u00a0AWWA\u00a0also participated in the event.
