Two drug traffickers held with 1,000 kg poppy husk in\u00a0Ferozepur<\/span><\/p>\n Ferozepur<\/span>, May 7, 2022:\u00a0 Taking drug trafficking, a menace to the entire society, the\u00a0Ferozepur<\/span>\u00a0police under its extensive campaign against the drugs in the district, have arrested two drug traffickers with 1,000 kg poppy husk and booked them under\u00a0NDPS<\/span>\u00a0(Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act.<\/p>\n Drug trafficking is a major source of revenue for organized crime groups, many of whom are involved in other forms of serious crime such as firearms, modern slavery and immigration crime.
