April Cools\u2019 Day celebrations get overwhelming support from people<\/p>\n

Mayank Foundation aims to plant 2500 saplings during 2022 under, ‘Each One Plant One’ campaign<\/p>\n

Ferozepur<\/span>, April 1, 2022: The\u00a0Mayank<\/span>\u00a0Foundation launched the ‘Each One Plant One’ campaign by celebrating April Cool Day instead of April Fool’s Day.\u00a0\u00a0Rakesh<\/span>\u00a0Kumar, secretary of the foundation, said that this unique initiative was launched by the foundation last year.\u00a0 This year the initiative received overwhelming support from the people.<\/p>\n

Praising the initiative of the Mayank<\/span>\u00a0Foundation, District Education Officer\u00a0Chamkaur<\/span> Singh said that instead of fooling others, Foundation launched a tree-planting campaign to keep the weather cool and give a message to society to celebrate this day in a unique way.\u00a0 He said that with the onset of the summer season, people should also start a campaign to keep water bowls under the trees for stray animals and birds.<\/p>\n

Deepak Sharma, the founder of the Mayank<\/span>\u00a0Foundation, planted saplings in his school\u00a0Mallanwala<\/span>\u00a0Khas<\/span>\u00a0with the support of Principal\u00a0Sanjeev<\/span>\u00a0Tandon<\/span>\u00a0and all the staff and students.<\/p>\n

The April cool day was observed at District Education and Training Institute\u00a0Ferozepur<\/span>,\u00a0Muktisar<\/span>\u00a0Institute of Higher Education, The British School\u00a0Ferozeshah<\/span>, Govt. Secondary School Girls Zira<\/span>,\u00a0 Mallanwala<\/span> \u00a0Khas<\/span>,\u00a0Sande<\/span>\u00a0Hashim<\/span>,\u00a0Megha<\/span>\u00a0Rai,\u00a0Valur<\/span>, Govt. High school Jhoke<\/span>\u00a0Harihar<\/span>,\u00a0Shreen<\/span> Wala<\/span>\u00a0Brar<\/span>, Jhandu<\/span> Wala<\/span>\u00a0& GPS\u00a0Gainder<\/span>.<\/p>\n
