There has been no census of SC\/BC\/ST categories after 1931.\u00a0 The issue was raised in 2011 but snubbed in 2021 and the issue was side-tracked with the entry of Anna Hazare which gives birth to the Aam Aadmi Party which too has gone to the Court.<\/p>\n<p>Attacking on Kejriwal, he said, Kejriwal had right from his student life opposed the constitutional rights to the minority community even the Supreme Court has been approached in promotion case to SC\/ST class.
