In view of the Bharat Bandh call by Kissan Unions on Monday, the railways cancelled\/short terminated\/rescheduled,\u00a0 36 passenger\/ mail trains in Ferozepur Division, causing inconvenience to the passengers.<\/p>\n<p>All major road routes, including the rail tracks, remained blocked from 8 am to 4 pm except allowing the emergencies services in the city.<\/p>\n<p>Farmers have been protesting at different sites since November 26 last year against the three enacted farm laws: Farmers&#8217; Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020; the Farmers Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and farm Services Act 2020 and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The Modi government has passed three anti-farmers legislatures. Farmers are continuously fighting against it for more than 11 months.
