Break-up in 4 yrs live-in relationship, victim mother-child cry for justice<\/strong><\/p>\n Ferozepur, July 12, 2021:<\/strong> The trauma of shock was unbundled by the victim \u2013 Sanjana at Press Club Ferozepur, on break up of 4 years of live-in relationship after giving birth to a baby.<\/strong><\/p>\n While the society still does not honour such live-in relations morally and socially but the Supreme Court has said that if a man and woman lived like husband and wife for a long period and had children, the judiciary would presume that the two were married.\u00a0 The court has also cautioned parents of young couples to behave with more sensitivity while dealing with such issues.<\/p>\n Addressing the media persons, Sanjana said, I had a love marriage with Sanket about 4 years back and started living like husband and wife and one baby Alia was born during this period.
