Ferozepur<\/span>, July 10, 2021:\u00a0 The Ferozepur<\/span> police claimed to have solved the murder mystery within three days over extra marital relations and arrested four accused inclding<\/span> paramoour<\/span>, identified as Gurcharan<\/span> Singh(45) and Baldev<\/span> Singh (21) from Lakha<\/span> Haji<\/span> village on July 6 and \u00a0Kulwant<\/span> Singh (45) and Gurmail<\/span> Singh (28) from near village Tibbi<\/span> on July 9.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Divulging with the details,\u00a0 Bhagirath<\/span><\/span> Singh Meena<\/span><\/span>, SSP Ferozepur<\/span><\/span> informed that Mamdot<\/span><\/span> police, on July 3 got information about the dead body found on the banks of \u00a0Lachman<\/span><\/span> canal.\u00a0 The first action was to identify the dead body.\u00a0 One mobile was found near the body which helped the police to reach the accused.\u00a0 Later on, the police team \u2013 Rattan Singh Brar<\/span><\/span> SP(I) Satnam<\/span><\/span> Singh DSP(R) Jagdish<\/span><\/span> kumar<\/span><\/span>, DSP(PBI) and Gurpreet<\/span><\/span> Singh SHO Mamdot<\/span><\/span> – working pro-actively, was successful in nabbing the accused of the blind murder case.\u00a0 Within three days, two accused identified as Gurcharan<\/span><\/span> Singh Baldev<\/span><\/span> Singh, were arrested on July 6. The remaining two accused namely Kulwant<\/span><\/span> Singh and Gurmail<\/span><\/span> Singh were arrested on July 9.\u00a0 Besides, the hammer used at the time of murder\u00a0 and motorcycle Platina without number of the victim Phuman<\/span><\/span> Singh, one country made pistol, four live cartridges 12 bore, were also recovered.<\/p>\n

SSP further said, the main object behind the murder has come on surface that Phuman<\/span><\/span> Singh was working at brick kiln at village Sabuana<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0 Kailash<\/span><\/span> Kaur<\/span><\/span>, wife of Phuman<\/span><\/span> Singh had extra marital affairs with Kulwant<\/span><\/span> Singh and wanted to eliminate Phuman<\/span><\/span> Singh.\u00a0 The accused took Phuman<\/span><\/span> Singh to the residence of Phuman<\/span><\/span> Singh and gave him sleeping medicine and murdered him by hitting on the head with the hammer.\u00a0 All the four accused took Phuman<\/span><\/span> Singh \u00a0to the and threw him with a motorcycle in the Lachman<\/span><\/span> canal. The dead body and motorcycle were found from different places. \u00a0Further details would come on record only on the arrest of the wife of Phuman<\/span><\/span> Singh.\u00a0 A separate case under Arms Act has also been registered and further investigations are on.<\/p>\n

He said the police are investigating the matter with backward and forward crime history with 5 days police remand but so far nothing has come out about their criminal record.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
