SAD- BJP set for hat-trick under Badal : Cheema

SAD-BJP are stick to each other as nail is to the flesh

Ferozepur, May 8, 2016 : On giving the responsibility to Gurjit Singh Cheema as Circle President, Shiromani Akali Dal (Rural), Ferozepur City by the SAD, today announced his full team to work actively for the coming Assembly elections, at the press conference held at Press Club Ferozepur.

Gurjit Sigh Cheema said, Both SAD and BJP had sworn alliance is a time tested party and no force can break it. “Ehna Da Nau Mass Da Rishta Hai” – SAD-BJP are stick to each other as nail is to the flesh from which it grows. There is no danger from any other political party in the state and the SAD-BJP alliance is set for hat-trick under the leadership of Parkash Singh Badal.

The committee was announced as Gurpreet Singh Faridewala, Senior Vice President, Jugran Singh Sarpanch Khai, Sarwan Singh Sarpanch Ilmewala, Ranjit Singh Sarpanch Aahmewala, Bakhshis Singh Nawa Jamsher as Vice Presidents, Gurjit Singh Sarpanch Gurditi Wala, Sukhdev Singh sarpanch Kilche as General Secretary, Ravinder Singh sarpanch Basti Makha Singh, Cashier, Kulwinder Singh Kutbewala, Press Secretary, Sarwan Singh Chann and Davinder Singh Uppal Wakilanwala, Propaganda Secretary.

Cheema said, only those faces have been inducted into the committee who had stood for the party in the past.

The other executive members inducted in his team were – Chanan Singh Basti Khemkaran, Himmat Singh Palla, Mandip Singh Kolewal, Inder Singh Nambardar Nizamwala, Bakhshis Singh Lakhababuna, Balwinder Singh Bagge Ke Pippal, Ajaib Singh Gainder, Harpreet Singh Sarpanch Gobindernagar, Baldev Singh, Darbara Singh Basti Ram Lal, Paramjit Singh Asman Randhawa, Gurpreet Singh Isewala, Rashpoal Singh Attari, Makhan Singh akuwalal Bittar, Palwinder Singh Ilmewala, Jasbir Sigh Jakhrawan, Amar Singhy Sarpanch Bagel Singh Wala, Darbara Singh Kilche, Balbir Singh Bhadru and Gurjit Singh Aamewala.

Out of 170 villages in the circle, 120 villages have been given the representation and the remaining where there is BJP alliance of SAD is active, will also be announced shortly.

Speaking to the media persons, Cheema said, every work of the SAD is united like a chain in Punjab.

Talking about the future plans, he said, the SAD workers will move door to door to highlight the development works during the last nine years term of the SAD-BJP alliance.

In reply to the question, he said, during our visit to the various villages, we will be getting a feedback and try to rectify the shortcomings if any noticed.

Gurjit Singh Cheema was seen confident in saying that the SAD workers are active ahead of the Assembly elections in Ferozepur and the Punjab will move towards prosperity in terms of development in the state.
