Ferozepur, November 29, 2016: To help the passengers while travelling in a train, Ferozepur Rail Division becomes the first division in the country to launch WhatsApp number to register complaint to get instant help.
It is the personal initiative of Senior Divisional Security Commissioner, Railway Protection Force, Shadan Zeb Khan in introducing the WhatsApp number for all kind of help and security.
Giving this information, Khan said, in the event of any problem or giving trouble by any passenger, vendor, railway employee or any unidentified person, anyone can register his complaint over WhatsApp number 7087236100 by sending picture, message or video, for seeking immediate help from RPF.
Khan was feeling pleasures to share that Ferozepur Rail Division has become the first division in the nation, with the launching of WhatsApp number for registration of a complaint for seeking help from RPF.
He further said that the service has been initiated on WhatsApp as this is the more convenient technique now a day and within the reach of the common passengers.
He assured that there will be instant action on any detail, photo or video sent on WhatsApp number, by the RPF officials.
For effective action, a “24×7 Control Room” has been set up in the division office and it would now be difficult for the wrongdoers to escape from the scene, Khan added.
He appealed to the passengers to send coach number, berth number alongwith the nature of complaint which will be forwarded by the Control Room to the employees in the car and at the next railway station for on the spot action. By doing this, besides the passenger himself, will help the co-passengers travelling in the train, Khan added.
