Ferozepur Police nabs proclaimed offender absconding for more than 3 years

Ferozepur, January 20, 2020:  The Ferozepur Police has arrested Bachhitar Singh, a proclaimed offender (PO), who had been absconding, for the past more than three years.

An FIR was registered against Bachhitar Singh, under FIR No.48 on May 8, 2016 under Sections 18, 61 and 85 under NDPS Act at Police Station, Kulgarhi one recover recovery of one kg opium from him, said SSP Ferozepur Vivek S.Soni.

On the basis of gathered information, the police conducted the raids at the spotted places and finally, the police team succeeded in apprehending the absconder.
