Rahul Gandhi promised the people of Punjab that within 2 months the Congress government will start working towards giving back all the Panchayat land to which the poor are entitled, and within 3 months corrective steps will be undertaken to clear the backlog of government jobs. He said that if brought to power, the Congress party will build a super speciality hospital in Punjab for the cancer patients.
