BSF seizes 2.520 kg heroin, one pistol, 10 live cartridges from near Punjab Border
Ferozepur, July 3, 2021: On Saturday. alert Border Security Force troops seized 8 Small Packets of contraband (Total weight approx. 2.520KGs) suspected to be heroin along with one pistol 30 bore, one magazine and 10 numbers of live rounds in the area of responsibility of 2 Bn BSF, Abohar Sector.
Anti-National Elements trying hard to smuggle Narcotics, Arms & Ammunition, but vigilant troops of Border Security Force consistently defeating all these nefarious attempts proactively.
During the year 2021, BSF has effected seizures on Punjab Border-Heroin 245.135Kgs, Indian Border Crosser Apprehended 24Pak National, Apprehended 16Pak Intruder Killed, 4Weapon (Different Types),16 Magazine(Different Types), 20 Ammunition(Various Calibres), 237 and Pak Mobile Phones 10 Nos.
