BSF organizes Run for ‘Mission Fit India’
Ferozepur, June 14, 2021: BSF Sector Headquarter Ferozepur has organised a 14 Kms run to achieve the aim of ‘Mission Fit India’. This 14 Kms race has been organised today in which 14 personnel of each Unit have participated. The occasion was also used to bid farewell to 14 Bn BSF (Sentinels of Thar) which is moving out from Punjab Frontier after completing its tenure successfully and in flying colours.
BSF official said, this race started from SHQ BSF Ferozepur Campus and culminated at JCP Hussainiwala. The flag off ceremony was done by Brig. Surendra Mehta, VSM (Retd.), DIG BSF Ferozepur who himself participated in it with enthusiasm. These types of Sports activities in the ongoing COVID-19, Pandemic scenario, are a step forward to achieve the aim of ‘Mission Fit India’ as well as have motivated & encouraged the civil population of Ferozepur to a great extent to keep themselves physically fit and sturdy.
