Army’s Golden Arrow Division celebrates Int’l Yoga Day

Ferozepur, June 21, 2016:  The Golden Arrow Division of Army celebrated International Yoga Day today at  Jyoti Stadium in which more than 4000 army officials and members of their family including children.

GOC addressed the gathering to motivate to give importance to the yoga in their life.

The programmed started with trained yoga teachers at Jyoti Stadium from 7 am to 7.40 am and put wiser the participants about various yoga exercises and benefits.  In the yogic exercises, pranayam and 18 other exercises were completed which include Shalbhasan, Vakarasan, Taradasan and Bhujagasan.
