Police stops cremation, sends youth’s body for postmortem

Ferozepur, May 6, 2017:  In a filmy style, the local police today stopped the cremation, of a youth whose dead body was found in the area of railways.  The youth was identified as Dharamjit Singh son of Kewal Singh, aged 17 years.

As per the information, the moment the family members of the deceased were to lit pyre to the dead body, the policy stopped the cremation. 

Sources said, the mother of Dharamjit Singh has informed to the police that his son has not died the natural death rather murdered.  The railway police working on the complaint, started proceedings under Secrion 174 and sent the dead body for post mortem.
