Online system will bring efficiency and transparency : DEO
School Heads imparted one days’ training for putting service record online
Ferozepur July 22, 2016 : With the assistance of NIC by the Punjab Government, the Education Department goes hi-tech and becomes a part of Digital India and entire bio-data of each staff on the new portal – http://ehrms.nic.in–designed for the purpose of putting the entire record online and one day’s training of school heads was organized on Thursday.
Speaking on this occasion, Jagsir Singh, DEO(SS) said, this initiative of posting the entire record of the staff by the government, on line is appreciable and in this way, the employees could be extended better services with transparency and on time without any hindrance, even online.
Pargat Singh Brar, DEO(ES) stressed upon the staff to complete the feeding of data on the target date under the strict supervision all DDOs.
Talking about the portals’ technicalities of the portal, Pawan Kumar, District Coordination, NISsaid, in the first, the employees should feed their own personal record and after that, the entire record relating to the service record of DDOs duly verified by the concerned dealing assistants.
He said, in the event of any problem at the time of feeding the data, the concerned Coordinator at the block level or district level can be contacted.
Present on this occasion were MIS Block Sandeep Kumar, Jaswinder Singh, Sukhwinder Singh Principal Malalnwala were present.
