Accused booked under various Sections of IPC
Ferozepur, December 20, 2015: The sleuths of Ferozepur Police got success in arresting members of the gang who were fraudulently preparing fake Aadhar Card, driving license, voter ID Card, Ration Card, Zamabandi, Nakal Khasra, ATM cards etc. in the name of persons forgetting bank loans.
According to information, the police working on a tip-off that a gang has been formed for preparing fake documents like Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Voter Cards, Zamabandis, Nakal Khasra, ATM Card
by Baldev Singh of Pir Khan Sheikh, Harjinder Singh alias Zinda Baba of Sodhi Wala, Harwinder Singh of Lakhmir ke Hittar, Puran Chand of Rajji Wala, Sameul Bhatti, Rakesh Kumar and others.
City Police SHO, Jatinder Singh informed that when a raid was conducted at the designated place, all the four accused were arrested and fake documents were recovered from them.
He further stated that a case against the accused involved in preparing fake documents for arranging loans from the banks have been booked under sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 471, 120-B and further proceedings have been initiated. Investigation is going on and more clues are expected to come on surface relating to this case.
