Ferozepur: 10th corona sample test negative, DC appeals to follow curfew strictly to maintain corona-free status of district

Ferozepur, April 11, 2020:  The lab test of 10th corona patient has also been reported as negative, said Kulwant Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur.

Divulging with details, DC said, the samples of 10th corona suspected patient were sent to government medical college, Amritsar RDLB and found negative and so far, all the reports have been found negative.

Inviting the people to maintain the status of our corona-free district, DC said, the cooperation of people is very necessary for following the instructions on curfew and instructions from time to time, to combat of spread of the virus. He appealed to the people to remain at home during the curfew and make it a public campaign.

All arrangements for the supply of essential commodities at the doorsteps of people have been made and shop keepers have been issued curfew passes for making home deliveries.  Apart from this 70 NGOs are working on to provide food to around 50,000 people on a daily basis to the poor and needy people.

Dr.Naveep Singh Civil Surgeon confirming the report of all the ten samples of corona as negative also appealed to stay home, for the safety of themselves and also those who are performing their during the lockdown period risking their lives.
