6th Punjab State Level ID Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Championship held in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, April 23, 2018: 6th Punjab State Level ID Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Championship were held in Ferozepur on Sunday in which students from all over Punjab participated and by solving 200 questions just in 8 minutes proved to be the future brilliant star.
Varinder Mohan Singhal, CA and Parminder Singh Thind, Chief Warden Civil Defence and Past President, Press Club, Ferozepur were the Guests of Honour.
In the competition, Super-Champions were Diksha from Jalalabad, Vardan and Ujjawal, Guraj Kamboj, Bhumi Grover from Fazilka, Harsheen Kaur and Kabir Narula from Ferozepur and Simranjot Kaur from Faridkot. Each winner was honoured with a memento and cash prize of Rs.1100.
In the ID oral competition, Harjot Singh in A Group Senior, Chanchal from Fazilka in B Group Senior and Bhavya Yadav in Junior category were presented with a trophy and cycle.
Other guests presents – Ashok Behal, Secretary Red Cross Society, Dr.Yash Khungar Vice President IDA Punjab, Sohan Singh Sodhi, Brand Ambassador Ferozpur, Arvind Bansal – appreciated for organizing the programme. Besides, Shalu Doda, Rajesh Makkar, Dr.Alok Batra, Suraj Mehta, Sourabh Doda and Er.DeepakBalana also contributed in the function a grand success.
