Important Instructions:

1. All participants must install Telegram App before filling this Registration Form.

2. Important dates Last date of Registration: 31st May

Date and timing of Competition: 6th June (10 am to 12 noon)

Online Submission of painting (high quality pic) in respective Category Telegram Group: 6th June (12 noon to 2 pm)

3. The theme(s) of this painting competition will be floated on our Facebook Page at 1 pm on 4th June.

4. There are five categories namely (i) Class 1 – 3; (ii) Class 4 – 5; (iii) Class 6 – 8; (iv) Class 9 – 12; (v) Open Category

5. There is no Participation / Registration Fee….

4. All participants must join their respective Telegram group by clicking on the invitation link (given at the end of this Registration Form). The Participants will make their paintings at their home. The participants will be allowed to share/upload the high quality pics of their paintings in respective Telegram Groups between time slot of 2 hours only (6 June from 12 noon to 2 pm).

5. Only one painting per participant will be considered. If any participant share/upload more than one painting or same painting multiple times, then his/her entry will not be considered for evaluation and will be disqualified.

6. All the participants are required to mention their Registration number, Name, Father Name, School Name, Class, Category and Mobile Number on the painting side (bottom right corner in this sequence only).

7. To avoid and check plagiarism/downloaded painting from internet, participants are advised to click three pics (i) at start (ii) in middle and (iii) at end of painting. These pics are not to be shared in Groups. However, the organizers may ask for proof from any participant/winner to check the originality of painting.

8. The participants may be asked to submit the proof of their classes (presently studying) and Date of Birth. The participant(s) will be disqualified in case of wrong information/tempered certificate/non-submission of proof. The decision of Judges will be final.

9. Participants can use any colors and painting material which they already have and any size of drawing sheet.

10. Total 50 prizes will be distributed. The winners/consolation prize winners will be required to submit their original paintings to Mayank Foundation. E-certificates for participation will be given to all participants.
